Paris Expedition | November 28 - December 5, 2022
Our inaugural expedition took us to the enchanting city of Paris. Focused on the ceremonial induction of Josephine Baker into the Pantheon, the expedition served as a research effort to understand universal criteria for Black Thriving. Participants engaged in a week-long immersive experience, exploring questions about Black recognition, residency choices, and policies promoting thriving in the City of Light.

Detroit Expedition | May 27 - June 3, 2023
Building on the energy of the Paris expedition, we extended our exploration to Detroit. Collaborating with our Parisian friends from Little Africa, we engaged in a dialogue-fueled journey through Detroit's African ancestral portals. The program included guided tours, conversations with key figures, and immersive experiences.
